Kate Beckinsale dumps her young boyfriend Goody Grace

After dating for nine months, Kate Beckinsale has called quits on her relationship with Goody Grace who was over 20 years younger than her.

Kate Beckinsale has reportedly broken up with her toy boy boyfriend, Goody Grace.

The pair who were dating for nine months stirred suspicion after Beckinsale, 47, unfollowed and removed all evidence of Grace, 23, from her social media.

The break up comes after the young star moved into Beckinsale’s home during lockdown.

The couple were first rumoured to be dating in April, when they were spotted in public together for the first time.

Three months ago, the pair declared their love for each other on Instagram.

As The Sun reports, Grace had returned home to Canada after splitting from the actress, however he is still following her on social media.

While Beckinsale has removed all traces of her relationship with Grace from her profile, he still has a gushing birthday post to the Underworld actress from July displayed on his.

Grace uploaded a video of the pair to his Instagram for her birthday, writing, “Happy birthday @katebeckinsale i love you,” along with a love heart emoji.

Screenshots show that in June, Beckinsale posted a similar thing for his birthday on her own account.

“Happy birthday I love you,” she wrote, to which he replied: “i love you”.

A source told HollywoodLife in July that, “They actually have a lot in common. Kate is a free spirit and she appreciates that Goody is talented. He’s really mature, and they can have deep conversations but also can be really playful and goofy at the same time.

‘She just enjoys being with him and she loves him for who he is. He treats her with complete respect and what else could a woman ask for in a partner.”

Kate was of course hit with a lot of criticism for dating somebody who was 24 years her junior.

“Why do you keep dating guys that could be your children?” one person asked on Instagram, to which she replied: “Every relationship I have had has been solely to annoy you.”

Her relationship with Goody Grace comes after the star dated SNL’s Pete Davidson, 26, comedian Matt Rife, 21, and the British personality Jack Whitehall, 30.

Goody Grace was only two years older than her 21-year-old daughter Lily, who she shares with ex-partner Michael Sheen. They were together for eight years.

In 2016, Beckinsale filed for divorce from ex-husband of 12 years, Len Wiseman.

However, her high-profile romances with much younger men is something she has spoken out about in the past.

In an interview with Women’s Health magazine, she said men “constantly do whatever they like”, but women who are over 32 are committing a “political act” when they anything “risqué” or “fun”.

“It can feel like a little bit of a political act to be a woman over 32 who’s having any fun at all. ‘Oh my god, I’m going to sit home and anticipate menopause while crocheting.’

“Unless you’re doing that, it somehow seems to be risqué, which is just ridiculous to me. I witness men constantly doing whatever they like, whether in relationships, or deciding to buy a motorbike, or getting a tattoo.

“It hasn’t been interpreted as, ‘why hasn’t he had more children?’ or ‘is he ever going to decide to become a parent?’ or ‘why has he had so many girlfriends?’.”
