Jennifer Lopez gave a blunt response after being asked a question about her marriage to Ben Affleck.

During a recent press conference for her new movie Atlas, the US actress was asked point blank by a reporter if the “rumours” about her marital issues with the Good Will Hunting star “are true”.

The question was immediately shot down, with the Jenny From the Block songstress laughing it off and then adding, “You know better than that.”

One of Lopez’s fellow panellists also scolded the question, saying into the microphone, “C’mon, don’t come in here with that.”

Last week it was reported that Lopez and Affleck have been “unable to make it work” and are set to split after just two years of marriage.

A source close to the pair reportedly told In Touch that the Gone Girl actor allegedly moved out of the pair’s home.

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” the insider stated, adding, “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

The magazine also reported that the couple are in therapy to work on their marital issues.

“Ben believes in therapy, to a point, and is willing to be a good sport about participating with an open mind, even though he hates the whole humiliating process,” a source told the outlet.

“He’s never going to gauge the success of this marriage by what happens in the therapist’s office. He also has a higher tolerance for conflict and having to fight to get his way than the average guy.”

Rumours began surfacing that Affleck and Lopez were having marital issues when she attended the 2024 Met Gala solo this month.

A source told TMZ that the dad of three could not attend fashion’s biggest night because he had been busy filming The Accountant 2.

However, Affleck was present for Tom Brady’s Netflix roast, which was filmed the night before the Met on May 5.

Last week, Lopez was seen house hunting with her longtime producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, in Beverly Hills, California – and Affleck was nowhere to be seen.

After calling off their first engagement in the early 2000s, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in April 2021.

The couple eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022.

They tied the knot for a second time a month later during a lavish ceremony at Affleck’s Georgia estate.
