Holly Valance is rumoured to be joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

She’s kept a low profile since marrying a billionaire, but former Neighbours star Holly Valance looks set for a surprising career change.

Aussie fans of the US Real Housewives franchise could soon be welcoming a familiar face, with Holly Valance – Aka Holly Candy – rumoured to be joining the reality show.

In an unconfirmed report, gossip Instagram page Deux Moi told its 1.1 million followers Melbourne-born, UK-based Valance, 38, is joining Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a “friend” of current cast member Dorit Kemsley.

While there’s plenty we’re desperate to know about the reclusive former Neighbours star’s life, it’ll mean she’ll be a supportive character.

According to a source quoted by the page, however, it’s “going to be her return to the spotlight”.

“It’s definitely going to be interesting as she was a known singer/actor before marrying her BILLIONAIRE husband Nick Candy.

“They’ve kept it under wraps as this is going to be her return to the spotlight,” they added.

While the rumours are still unconfirmed, Holly does already have a connection to the cast, as a friend of the show’s newest cast member, Crystal Minkoff, who joined the franchise this year.

According to the Unpopular podcast, Crystal is one of just 578 people following Holly’s private Instagram account.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills also stars Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards as full-time cast members, and Paris Hilton’s mother Kathy Hilton, as a “friend”.

It is one of the top-rating and most high-profile Real Housewives series’ in US network Bravo’s schedule.

Holly Valance has remained notoriously private since her 2012 marriage to Candy.

Her husband’s net worth is estimated at more than $1 billion and the pair have been regulars on the British society scene, attending Princess Eugenie’s 2018 royal wedding to Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle.

Valance and her billionaire property developer husband recently added another luxury home to their bulging property portfolio.

Their latest UK property move came in the form of a heritage-listed mansion in the exclusive Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds, which the Daily Mail reported set them back “well over” $A18.6 million.
