The TV star is being sued by four women who claim they were stalked and intimidated after making sexual assault allegations against him.

That ’70s Show star Danny Masterson and The Church of Scientology are being sued by four women, who claim after making sexual assault allegations against the actor they were stalked and intimidated.

In late 2016 and early 2017, four women came forward to claim Masterson had sexually assaulted them in the early 2000s, allegations which he strenuously denies.

In their lawsuit the women allege they were all followed by “agents of the Church of Scientology” in “retaliation for going to the police”, Variety reports.

Various allegations are made by the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, including that one of them was followed in her car by two people filming, as well as claims of online harassment and stalking.

Like Masterson, three of his accusers are said to have been members of the Church of Scientology at the times of the alleged assaults.

Amid mounting scrutiny over the allegations Masterson was fired from the Netflix series The Ranch on which he co-starred with fellow That ’70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher in December 2017.

In a statement through his lawyer, Masterson said he planned to fight the allegations made in the lawsuit.

“I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years,” he said, likely referencing one of two plaintiffs, Chrissie Carnell Bixler and Marie Bobette Riales, who are ex-girlfriends.

“I will beat her in court — and look forward to it because the public will finally be able (to) learn the truth and see how I’ve been railroaded by this woman. And once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family.”

In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, The Church of Scientology solicitor William Forman said: “From everything we have read in the press, this baseless lawsuit will go nowhere because the claims are ludicrous and a sham.

“It’s a dishonest and hallucinatory publicity stunt. Leah Remini is taking advantage of these people as pawns in her money-making scam.”
