Actor Danny Masterson has been accused by an ex-girlfriend of ‘raping her repeatedly’

ACTOR Danny Masterson has been accused of another sexual assault after an ex-girlfriend came forward and said he raped her “repeatedly”.

A FIFTH woman has accused actor Danny Masterson of sexual assault.

“I stayed quiet long enough. Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me,” his ex-girlfriend Bobette Riales tweeted overnight. “All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard.”

Chrissie Bixler, who previously came forward to accuse 41-year-old Masterson of assault, replied to Riales, “You are amazing. I’m so proud of you. He will never do this to another human being ever again. He’s a thief in the night, but he overlooked some incredibly valuable things we still possess. Our voice.”

Riales, an actress, dated Masterson in the early 2000s.

The Los Angeles Police Department told the New York Post earlier this year that police were investigating three rape claims made against Masterson dating back to the early 2000s.

Like the actor, three of his accusers were members of the Church of Scientology, Tony Ortega previously reported on his website The Underground Bunker.

Another accuser filed a police report in 2004, claiming that Masterson raped her in 2003, but the investigation stalled, the Huffington Post reported.

Earlier this month, Masterson was fired from the Netflix series The Ranch, on which he co-starred with fellow That ’70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher, amid pressure over the allegations.

Neither a rep nor a lawyer for Masterson immediately returned a request for comment Thursday regarding Riales’ allegation. Masterson has previously vehemently denied all accusations of sexual misconduct.

“Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit,” Masterson said in a statement earlier this month. “I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused. I understand and look forward to clearing my name once and for all.”

The Los Angeles Police Department has not filed any charges against Masterson.
