Zac Efron shows off ripped physique on luxury yacht in Saint Tropez

The Hollywood heart-throb flaunted his toned physique as he caught some rays onboard a luxury yacht in the south of France.

Sun’s out, guns out!

Zac Efron flaunted his toned physique as he caught some rays with his pals on a luxury yacht in St. Tropez on Sunday.

In photos exclusively obtained by Page Six, the shirtless actor showed off his chiselled biceps and six-pack abs while getting wet and wild in the celebrity vacation destination.

The High School Musical star, 35, rocked patterned swim trunks, reflective shades and a bucket hat for the day on the water.

In addition to sunbathing on the deck, Efron got his thrills when he suited up in a vest to take a ride on a jet ski.

He later cooled down from the action with a shower on the boat.

The Hairspray star looked extremely lean and ripped during the yacht outing after previously admitting that he never wants to be in Baywatch shape again.

“That [look], I don’t know if that’s really attainable. There’s just too little water in the skin,” Efron told Men’s Health in September 2022.

“Like, it’s fake; it looks CGI’d. And that required Lasix, powerful diuretics, to achieve. So I don’t need to do that. I much prefer to have an extra, you know, 2 to 3 per cent body fat.”

The actor revealed he trained excessively and ate the same meal three times a day for his role as a lifeguard in the 2017 film opposite Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

He told the magazine that the intense routine took a negative toll on his mental and physical health, leading to insomnia and “pretty bad” depression.

However, when he decided to “let [himself] go” afterwards, he didn’t feel healthy either.

“I tried it, and I was successful. And for all the reasons I thought it would be incredible, I was just miserable,” Efron told the outlet.

“My body would not feel healthy; I just didn’t feel alive. I felt bogged down and slow.”

The actor’s comments came after fans celebrated his “dad bod” in the 2020 Netflix docu-series, Down to Earth, which documented his travels and experiences with different cultures.

At the time, viewers called out Efron’s huskier physique, as well as his chest hair and full beard.

“Zac Efron has turned into a total Daddy and I’m here for it. Dad bods get me hot,” one person tweeted.

“I’d like Zac Efron’s parents’ phone number so I can just leave a 3 minute voicemail of me applauding,” another added.
