Kanye West emerges in bizarre prosthetic face mask in Italy
Kanye West has emerged in Italy wearing a bizarre prosthetic face mask, amid news he’s legally changed his name.
Kanye West has officially changed his name to ‘Ye’, and with a new name, came a new look.
The 44-year-old billionaire rapper stepped out in Venice, Italy this week sporting a bizarre, pale green prosthetic mask and all-black Balenciaga clothing.
The father-of-four was in the European city after attending the wedding of Tiffany & Co executive vice president Alexandre Arnault, who is the son of Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton chairman Bernard Arnault, the world’s third richest man.
The pictures of Ye donning his unusual face cover were taken the morning after the wedding, which was also attended by fellow A-listers Beyonce and Jay-Z.
West performed his song Runaway at Arnault’s lavish wedding to D’Estree founder Geraldine Guyot, where he opted yet again to cover his entire face with a black mask.

He returned to New York today, where he was spotted emerging from JFK airport in a different prosthetic face mask. This time, a caucasian coloured one.
West was pictured alone on both outings.
It comes after it was revealed he successfully changed his name to “Ye”, a Los Angeles judge declared.
West’s petition to change his name was filed on August 24.
Ye was the name of the Gold Digger rapper’s 2018 album. It appears heavily as a plural for the word “you” in the Bible, mirroring West’s religious inspiration in recent years.
