Inside brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth’s wild A-list party in Mykonos
Aussie brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth were seen partying hard on their Euro trip with famous friends Matt Damon, Lauren Phillips and more.
Chris and Liam Hemsworth are enjoying some down time with their famous friends on the Greek island of Mykonos.
The brothers were seen partying hard on their Euro trip with Liam’s model girlfriend Gabriella Brooks, Hollywood actor Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso, Aussie TV host Lauren Phillips and her fiancé Paul O’Brien, and other friends at a private mansion rented by the group.
Liam, 33, and Gabriella, 27, basked in the Mediterranean sun, packing on the PDA as they sat poolside. Meanwhile, Damon, 52, and his wife, 46, could be seen dancing at the mansion as he enjoyed a Mythos beer, one of Greece’s much-loved lagers.
Chris, 39, was also seen looking relaxed and having a good time as he chatted to family friend Michele Merkin, who is also a model and actress. Michelle has been in the Hemsworth inner circle for years, counting Liam, Chris and Chris’ wife, actress Elsa Pataky, among her close friends.
She is also good friends with the brothers’ other sibling Luke Hemsworth and his wife, Samantha.
Chris’ wife Elsa was unable to attend the party as she's currently in Spain with the couple’s three children: daughter India Rose, 11, and twin sons Tristan and Sasha, nine. The Spanish actress is in her native Madrid to celebrate the anniversary of local production company
Bambu Producciones, walking the red carpet at an event.
The Thor star was previously in Spain with his wife and family but has since flown to Greece. It’s believed Elsa and the kids will join the group in the coming days.
The famous friends have partied together in the past before. In 2021, they celebrated Lauren’s 34th birthday in Bryon Bay, where the Hemsworths are permanently based.
That same year, Elsa threw a white party at the $30 million Broken Head mansion she shares with Chris and their kids.
“Unforgettable experience with family and friends listening to @joshteskey sing. Love ya mate. @theteskeybrothers,” Liam wrote on Instagram at the time, referring to the blues rock band from Melbourne.
Lauren has since spoken about what it’s like to party with the famous family on her KIIS radio program, Jase & Lauren in the Morning, on which she said her Hollywood friends are just like us.
“They are just normal people,” she said told co-host Jase Hawkins.
When asked what she brings when invited over, Lauren said she takes what she usually brings when invited to any friends’ house.
“I would take some wine,” she said. “I would take exactly the same value of wine to the Hemsworths as I would take to the Hawkins,’ she replied.
