Hamish Blake looks ripped in shirtless beach snaps
Much-loved Aussie TV and radio star Hamish Blake showed off a very ripped body while enjoying a day out with friends on Bondi Beach.
Hamish Blake was all smiles on Bondi Beach this week as he showed off his ripped physique on the sand.
The comedian and dad-of-two, 41, soaked up the sun in a short pair of boardies, showcasing six pack abs and bulging muscles.
Blake, who hosts Channel 9’s Lego Masters, grinned alongside his friends as he emerged from the surf, pushing his wet hair out of his face before drying off with a towel.
The former radio host’s shoulder tattoos were clearly visible as he strolled along the popular tourist beach.

While the funnyman appears to have been on a recent health kick, Blake rarely discusses his diet and exercise regimen.
In a post on Instagram in May 2021, Hamish joked that he has followed a “five-minute fast” diet.
“Just completed the #5MinuteFast, an exciting health fitness trend I invented today! The goal being to see if you can do five minutes with zero food whatsoever, not even nibbles or snack,” he wrote.
“I was excited to do it but after the initial thrill wore off I have to say I found the middle 200 seconds challenging, and had to dig deep and think about all the cleansing my body was doing, despite my raging hunger.
“With 30 seconds to go I just tried to hang on for dear life … Felt a lot lighter, very clear-headed and so proud of myself.
“Look forward to doing the #5MinuteFast again and not cheating next time! (Had a bag of chips at the two min mark, but I was feeling VERY faint). Try it yourself and let me know if you made it!!”
The Gold Logie winner, who is married to skincare mogul Zoe Foster Blake, revealed in 2015 that he’d eliminated gluten from his diet.
“I don’t weigh myself. Do any guys weigh themselves? I actually stopped eating gluten,” he told Women’s Day at the time.
He also credited his kids for helping him stay fit.
“Sonny will give me a smile but no high-five post-marathon. He’s a tough coach,” Hamish wrote on Instagram following a session on the rowing machine.
