Dozens flocked to an exclusive Sydney party space on Saturday night, where they were greeted by neon lights, a personal hairdresser, a DJ and professional photographer.

The event is rumoured to have cost in excess of $40,000 - and while you could be forgiven for expecting it to be a celebration among the city’s social elite, it was, in fact, an 11th birthday party.

Pixie Curtis, daughter of leading PR expert Roxy Jacenko, hosted a nightclub-themed party for 45 friends at luxury event facility La Porte Space in Alexandria, The Sunday Telegraph reported.

Photos from the event show the space fully decked out in pink lights and sparkly draping, with guests given ‘Pixie’s VIP’ lanyards on arrival.

The event’s invitees were welcomed to “Pixie’s” nightclub by hospitality staff serving mocktails, with a number of extravagant decorations and activities awaiting them in the party’s main area.

A 360 degree photo booth, hair stylist, custom pizza bar, mirror balls, dessert displays, a DJ, two zebras and even fireworks were some of the highlights of the event.

“The event was a wonderful night celebrating with Pixie’s friends and family,” Roxy Jacenko told news.com.au.

“The guests were overheard saying OMG that was the best party EVERRRRRRR.”

Guests were also gifted with showbags upon leaving the birthday celebration.

The young entrepreneur was pictured sporting a white strapless dress by Australian label ‘With Jean’, which retails for $239 in adult sizes.

Ms Jacenko said it was the first celebration Pixie could have with friends post pandemic restrictions.

“It was meaningful as it was a celebration of not only turning 11 but the incredible success of her online toy store, which she came up with during Covid,” she said.

The costly event didn’t come free to Miss Curtis, who paid for the entire party herself thanks to her business “Pixie’s Pix”, which originated from her interest in sensory toys before evolving into an online toy store, as well as her hair accessory brand “Pixie’s bows”.

The now 11-year-old has outdone her previous parties, particularly her 9th birthday which had a beauty theme and was accompanied with manicures and pedicures at Langham’s spa.

Pixie’s birthday bash wraps up a week of family celebrations, complemented with swan and rollerskate foil balloons, a floral themed birthday dinner and a Reese’s-inspired cake featuring the young entrepreneur’s name.

The social media star has more than 121 thousand followers on Instagram and is worth millions, according to her mum who says she will be able to retire at the age of 15.

At the age of nine, Pixie’s parents also gifted her and her brother Hunter Curtis an almost $270,000 Mercedes-Benz GL.

While neither child is old enough to drive, it’s said to be used in school drop-offs and pick-ups as well as trips to the office where Pixie runs her two businesses with her mum.

There’s also rumours Pixie will feature in her own reality TV show, after her mum featured in a short-lived series called I Am ... Roxy, which aired as part of Channel 10’s Pilot Week in 2019.
