Jennifer Hawkins smiles as she shows off growing baby bump on Instagram

The former Miss Universe is seen gazing lovingly at her growing baby bump as she rests her hands just above her belly.

Jennifer Hawkins has shared a new photo of her gorgeous growing bump — and the model is positively glowing with love as she gazes down at her belly.

Hawkins has been regularly updating fans on her progress after announcing her pregnancy in May.

The model is expecting a girl — her first child with husband Jake Wall.

Wearing a fitted olive green, sleeveless dress, her hair down and hands rested just above her bump, Hawkins grinned down at her growing baby girl, pulling her hair back in a second photo as she admired her rounded tum.

It is the most recent progress pic from the model, who previously revealed that while her “all day nausea is finally easing up!” her jeans wouldn’t button up.

Her post attracted plenty of sympathy as well as some advice, with Gale writing in the comments that Hawkins should try “the hair tie on the top button trick”.

Hawkins replied: “ha ha, yes! I have a hair band on these jeans. Next stop maternity jeans.”

Hawkins and Wall tied the knot in June 2013 after eight years together in a romantic, star-studded ceremony in Bali.

They first met in 2003, just months before she went on to win the famed Miss Universe beauty pageant.

Wall proposed to Hawkins in December 2011, presenting her with a $200,000, custom-made Nic Cerrone diamond ring.

In their pregnancy announcement post in May, Hawkins wrote:

“I’m sooo happy to share with you some exciting news! Jake and I are expecting a baby girl!!! We can’t wait to meet her!

“Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake — I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy! @jakewwall xx”.

Last month, Hawkins revealed to Stellar that her journey to conceive took a heartbreaking six years, admitting the painful process “almost broke” her.

Speaking to the publication for its third anniversary special edition issue, she opened up about discovering she suffered from severe endometriosis, surgery and a heartbreaking miscarriage.

“Last year was such a tough year for Jake and me. It was the toughest year of our lives. I felt like I almost broke and, in fact, it’s still really raw,” she said. “But Jake was amazing. He let me sit with the pain, feel it and not be OK.”

When Hawkins and Wall eventually fell pregnant again this year they were over the moon.

The loved-up couple now have weeks to go before they meet their baby girl.
