The former Miss Universe’s pregnancy is bumping along nicely, with the model revealing she’s now reached an important milestone.

Jennifer Hawkins’ pregnancy is bumping along nicely, with the former Miss Universe updating fans on her progress this week.

The mode posted a photo to Instagram in which she shared an exciting milestone.

Posing in leggings and a sports bra that showed off her growing baby bump, Hawkins wrote: “Yesterday. Ohhh she’s popped!”

Hawkins’ post was soon flooded with comments from her celebrity friends, with Bec Judd writing the model looked “beautiful” while Megan Gale said: “Oh hey baby girl.”

The model announced she was expecting a baby girl in May on Instagram, revealing she was “sooo happy” to be becoming a mum.

“We can’t wait to meet her! Hawkins wrote. “Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake — I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy!”

Hawkins has been using Instagram to share updates on her pregnancy, previously revealing her “all day nausea is finally easing up!” but her jeans wouldn’t button up.

Her post attracted plenty of sympathy as well as some advice, with Gale writing in the comments that Hawkins should try “the hair tie on the top button trick”.

Hawkins replied: “ha ha, yes! I have a hair band on these jeans. Next stop maternity jeans.”

Carrie Bickmore also commented, writing that she could sympathise with the morning sickness.

“Is the actual worst. just keep your eye on the cute squishy prize at the end.”

Hawkins has been sharing updates.

And likes selfies featuring her bump.

It’s the first baby for Hawkins and husband Jake Wall, who tied the knot in June 2013 in a romantic, star-studded ceremony in Bali.

They had been a couple eight years prior to that and first met in 2003, just months before she went on to win the famed Miss Universe beauty pageant.

Wall proposed to Hawkins in December 2011, presenting her with a $200,000, custom-made Nic Cerrone diamond ring.

The loved-up couple were married for five years before they decided to start a family.
