Catherine Zeta-Jones shares hilarious photo of son, Dylan, during college visit

Hollywood star Catherine Zeta-Jones has posted on social media making fun of her son’s take on “college life” during a campus visit.

Hollywood star Catherine Zeta-Jones has taken a hilarious swipe at her son, Dylan, while visiting him at his college campus.

On her Instagram story, the actor, 50, posted a photo of Dylan’s twisted-up tube of toothpaste.

“I think my son needs a new tube of toothpaste,” she wrote.

“College life.”

Zeta-Jones also shared a sweet photo of herself and Dylan, who she shares with husband Michael Douglas, 75, taken during the visit.

Wearing a pair of round sunglasses and a scarf, the actor smiled at the camera next to her son in the photo posted online on Friday.

“On campus with my boy Dylan,” she captioned the photo with the sophomore.

Dylan attends Brown University which Zeta-Jones, Douglas and their daughter, Carys, 16, travelled to last year to help Dylan move into his new dorm room.

“Let the lectures really begin! I love you, Dylan. Good luck in the next exciting and enlightening chapter of your life,” she wrote alongside a touching black and white video of the teen settling into his dorm room where he is seen tearfully embracing his sister.

Opening up to Us Weekly, Douglas described the struggle Dylan faced during his application process to the Ivy League school.

“Dylan had serious dyslexic issues,” he explained.

“He had to go to special schools early on. He worked really hard, and the face that he worked himself up to get into an Ivy League school, I’m just so proud of him.”

After almost two decades together, Zeta-Jones and Douglas have one of the strangest and most enduring Hollywood romances.

With a 25-year age gap, the couple have endured, and they’ve done it on their own terms.

During their almost two decade marriage, the couple have endured a life threatening cancer diagnosis, public airings of her mental health struggles and their own battles against a #MeToo allegation — from one of Douglas’ former employees.
