Catherine Zeta-Jones hits red carpet with mini-me daughter

THE Welsh actress, 47, looked stunning at a New York fashion event - and brought her 14-year-old daughter Carys as her date.

GUESTS at the Michael Kors fashion show in New York thought they were seeing double when Catherine Zeta-Jones arrived with her daughter Carys.

The Oscar-winning actress brought her 14-year-old along to watch the fashion designers latest collection on the catwalk in the Big Apple, and the family resemblance was uncanny between mother and daughter, The Sun reports.

Carys, who is the youngest child of Catherine and husband Michael Douglas, has clearly been blessed with her mother’s good looks, with her dark hair hanging in long, loose waves around her shoulders.

The teen wore a stylish outfit for the show consisting of a yellow floral print mini skirt, off the shoulder black long sleeved top and high heeled sandals.

The pair held hands as they posed for pictures together, before each took their own moment in front of the paparazzi.

For her part, Catherine, 47, looked sensational in a black wrap style dress.

The star added a leather waist belt to highlight her curves, while wearing her dark hair in a middle parting and straight.

Carys also had the chance to meet fellow A-listers Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts at the show.

The actresses have been close friends for years and seemed delighted to be reunited at the fashion show.

Nicole, 50, flashed her legs in a floral patterned long sleeved mini dress and white high heeled sandals.

Naomi, 48, also brought her fashion A-game in a yellow off the shoulder dress which featured black floral detailing.

The British star added black high heeled sandals to her outfit, and after posing separately for pictures, the women got together to cuddle and have a giggle in front of the cameras.
