Brad Pitt endorses Joe Biden in new US election campaign video
Brad Pitt has joined the list of celebrities making their voices heard in the lead-up to the US election, lending his talents to a campaign video.
Brad Pitt is the latest A-lister to make their political stance known, publicly throwing his support behind presidential nominee Joe Biden in a new campaign video.
The actor’s voice can be heard narrating a 60-second campaign video for the US Democratic presidential nominee as he prepares to go head-to-head with Donald Trump in the US election next week.
“America is a place for everyone,” Pitt says over footage of Biden meeting and shaking hands with voters.
“Those who chose this country, those who fought for it, some Republicans, some Democrats, and most just somewhere in between — all looking for the same thing: someone who understands their hopes, their dreams, their pain, to listen, to bring people together, to get up every day and Tork to make life better for families like yours.”

The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor’s move follows a trend of Hollywood stars who have been featured in ads and public service announcements in the lead up to voting day, including a bizarre naked call to vote involving a host of stars that was widely panned earlier this month.
Over the weekend, Pitt’s ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston told her legion of Instagram followers she cast an early vote for Biden and his presidential running mate, Kamala Harris.
“#IVOTED for @joebiden and @kamalaharris,” the actress shared with her 35.7 million followers.
“I dropped my ballot off, and I did it early. I voted for them because right now this country is more divided than ever.
“Right now, a few men in power are deciding what women can and can’t do with their own bodies. Our current President has decided that racism is a non-issue. He has repeatedly and publicly ignored science … too many people have died.

She continued: “I urge you to really consider who is going to be most affected by this election if we stay on the track we’re on right now … your daughters, the LGBTQ+ community, our Black brothers and sisters, the elderly with health conditions, and your future kids and grandkids (who will be tasked with saving a planet that our leadership refuses to believe is hurting).
“This whole thing isn’t about one candidate or one single issue, it’s about the future of this country and of the world. Vote for equal human rights, for love, and for decency.”
Aniston concluded her vote with an urge for Americans to take their voting privilege seriously. â
“PS — It‘s not funny to vote for Kanye (West). I don’t know how else to say it. Please be responsible,” she wrote.
