Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen says she ‘hated’ her breast implants
Former Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen says she “hated” her breast implants before removing them in 2019 in a compelling new interview.
Former Bachelorette Ali Oetjen has opened up about how she “hated” her breast implants for years before removing them.
“They were massive and I hated them,” she told body+soul, explaining how she also experienced health issues and a certain stigma around breast implants.
The reality star had her G-cup breast implants removed two years ago.
“I definitely wouldn’t suggest breast implants to anyone,” she said.
“Mine impacted on my back and stomach muscles, and to this day I still have a slouch because of the way I stood to try to hide them,” she added.

Ali replaced her G-cup implants with smaller implants on the advice of her surgeon in August 2019, who explained she would risk having sagging skin if she went back to her natural size.
Ali, who appeared on the first season of SAS Australia, explained how she “hated” the idea that other women were “judging” her for the size of her breasts.
“Women were judging me for them, and I knew in my soul it was the wrong decision and one that didn’t make me happy,” she said.
The star wanted the implants in her early twenties after thinking it would please an ex-boyfriend.
“It is a personal thing but knowing I got them for the wrong reasons, I don’t want any girl to go through that same thing,” she said.
“So that is why I wanted to share my story, to make sure other girls don’t make that mistake.”
Ali has always been candid about her plastic surgery regret, speaking about the matter before getting the implants extracted.
“To everyone that said my breasts are huge / too big, you hurt my feelings. To myself, I will never change my body for someone else,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
