Australian TV star Tiff Hall has revealed the secret rule that she and her husband have stuck to in a bid to keep their romance alive.

Australian fitness star Tiff Hall has revealed that she and her husband have a secret marriage rule to maintaining harmony.

On the latest episode of Nova Podcast’s Bounce Forward, host Hall spoke about her relationship with Ed Kavalee and revealed a rule they implemented into their daily lives to keep each other happy.

“So we have a rule for the benefit of our relationship and our marriage that we have separate gym memberships. We go to separate gyms,” she revealed.

“And it might sound pretty crazy, but it keeps us sane,” continued the star.

“Ed does allow me to help him with mobility and stretching, because I think all men just neglect that. And he is super tight, like he does leg day, but he won’t stretch, he won’t recover properly.”

She added: “Ed and I just have never been able to get that dynamic right, where he’s the client and I’m the PT and I’m in charge. It’s just never worked for us. But as far as it goes, me being the PT in the relationship, it’s an epic fail!”

The former Biggest Loser trainer gave birth to her second child, daughter Vada, with her husband in May 2022.

But despite being overjoyed at giving their son Arnold, 5, a younger sibling, the pregnancy took a physical toll on Hall.

In the two years since welcoming her daughter, Hall has lost 40 kgs.

The TV star travelled to Bali for a winter vacation in July to celebrate her 40th birthday and posted a picture in a bikini from a sun-soaked beach, sharing it with her 236,000 followers.

Fans quickly labelled the snap “gorgeous” and “stunning”.

“Gorgeous Mumma. Such an inspiration and role model,” one said.

“Happy 40th Birthday Tiff. I hope your day is as incredible as you are!” another shared.

As one declared: “40 looks great on you.”

“I put on a lot of weight with Vada, I couldn’t believe it,” she said previously. “It wasn’t due to not exercising or eating badly. But hormones and fluid culminated to 40 kilograms of weight gain.”
