VICTORIA Beckham has used a new interview to put rumours about her marriage to bed — but the accompanying cover shoot has sparked fresh speculation.

VICTORIA Beckham has slammed rumours that her marriage to David Beckham is on the rocks in a photoshoot and interview with British Vogue.

But David was noticeably absent from the cover shot which featured just Victoria and the kids, despite The Sun reporting that she had “requested” he join her for the cover shot.

The newspaper also claimed David would only speak about his wife’s business skills and not their marriage.

While the feature was supposed to mark the 10th anniversary of Victoria’s namesake fashion label, the focus was on the Spice Girls’ famous family with an inside photoshoot featuring David and their four children — Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13 and Harper, seven.

Meanwhile, Victoria told the magazine that while she and David try to ignore “the nonsense” that gets written about their relationship, it can be hard for their loved ones.

“People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring the nonsense and just carrying on as normal,” she said. “But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that’s unfair.”

The singer turned fashioner designer added that she and David “both realise that we are stronger together than we are as individuals”.

“Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago?” Victoria said.

“It’s all about the family unit. We are much stronger the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key.”

Victoria and David’s photoshoot with Vogue coincides with the couple making their first red carpet appearance together in almost three years over the weekend.

This week, The Sun also published photos of the pair looking loved up while holidaying in the south of France with their children.

In June, Victoria and David vehemently denied they were on the rocks after nasty rumours spread on social media about the former England football captain and another woman.

It’s not the first time the high profile couple have faced speculation about their relationship, with David’s former assistant Rebecca Loos alleging the pair had an affair while he was in Spain playing for Real Madrid.
