Just in time for Christmas, Apple has released a new MacBook Pro, an evolution of the already powerful line-up that now features the highly-anticipated M4 family of chips and cutting-edge Apple Intelligence, the tech giant’s in-house AI platform.

Made for entrepreneurs, students and creators, and let’s be honest, pretty much everyone and anyone in between, the new MacBook Pro promises a new era of computer technology, with unparalleled power, stunning visuals, and an upgraded experience that sets the bar higher for laptops across the globe.

APPLE MACBOOK PRO TECH SPECS
The star of the show when it comes to the new Macbook Pro is the M4 family of chips, built on second-generation 3-nanometer technology.
Whether you choose the base M4 chip, the more powerful M4 Pro, or the ultra-performance M4 Max, you’re getting the world’s fastest CPU and GPU, enabling everything from AI workflows to 3D rendering to video editing at an unprecedented speed.
With up to 40 per cent faster GPU performance and up to 16-core CPUs, the M4 family is said to handle even the most demanding tasks with ease.
In addition to lightning-fast processors, the new MacBook Pro includes Thunderbolt 5 ports, providing super fast transfer speeds of up to 120 Gb/s, which is more than double the previous standard.
Apple has also upgraded the MacBook Pro’s Liquid Retina display with the introduction of an optional nano-texture finish that dramatically reduces glare, making it perfect for working in bright or outdoor environments.
The Liquid Retina XDR display also delivers up to 1000 nits of brightness for SDR content and 1600 nits for HDR, offering a great viewing experience whether you’re editing photos, watching movies, or working on creative projects.
Both the 14-inch and 16-inch models both also come with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate, making everything from scrolling to gameplay silky smooth.
A NEW AND IMPROVED CAMERA
The new MacBook Pro also takes video conferencing to the next level with a stunning 12MP Center Stage camera.
The camera now includes the new “Desk View” feature, which lets users show their workspace during calls.

APPLE INTELLIGENCE LAUNCHES
