Travel Deals of the Week: Hawaiian Airlines, Myer, Etihad, Boody

The airline has launched a huge Europe sale with prices to major cities like London, Paris and Rome dipping under $1400.

Dreaming of an international holiday? An island paradise perhaps? More than a few airlines have launched sales to beach-laden destinations this week.

Top of our list are seats to Honolulu on Hawaiian Airlines. Prices on this route have been bumping around the low $1000s for ages, but now they've finally dipped down, starting from just $997 return from Sydney.

Fares to the mainland are also on sale with seats to San Francisco from $1447 return and to San Diego from $1597 return.

Europe flights have been knocked back again on Etihad with fares to Rome from $1392 return. Other destinations include Milan from $1401 return, Barcelona from $1436 return, London from $1481 return and Paris from $1434 return.

Flight Centre's also caught our eye with flights to Bali for as little as $305 return. You'll be flying Batik Air from Perth at these prices, however if you're on the other side of the country, flights from Sydney are on sale too, starting at $515 return.

If you're the kind to knock flights and accommodation off in one go, you're in luck as Escape Deals has a smattering of discounts on Bali resorts.

Staying close to the action, Kuta Beach Hotel is now 30 per cent off bringing a three-night stay down to just $205 per room. For something more luxurious, the five-star Samaya Seminyak is now $1478 for two nights (down 20 per cent) while the Padma Resort Ubud is $944 for two nights and has the most enviable infinity pool overlooking the lush forest.

Now that you've got your flights and accommodation sorted, it's time to think about your kit.

Luggage is always a big one and Myer's Stocktake sale should be your first port of call, not least because it's got 50 per cent off Kadi and Monsac luggage going on. Highlights include this Kadi Medium Check-In Suitcase for $187.50 (down from $375) that travellers say "glides like a dream" and looks "classy" while being very easy to manoeuvre, and the "sturdy" Monsac DuraGlide Plus 55cm for $124.50 (down from $249).

For other brands Strandbags has up to 50 per cent off selected American Tourister, Antler, Samsonite and Flylite cases. This includes the sellout Samsonite's C-Lite Suitcase in the limited Northern Lights design which is a steal at 30 per cent off. The Iconic also has hefty discounts on backpacks and weekenders from Samsonite, Peta and Kain and Nakedvice.

If you love to stock up on essentials, bundling can save you some nice coin, including up to 15 per cent off Ever Vessel water bottles, up to 25 per cent off Boody undies, up to $88 off Bescher Beauty products and Yoto has five cards for the price of four in its Summer Sale. If you haven't bought a player yet, the Mini and 3rd Gen are both 15 per cent off, too.

Finally, for anyone still catching those last rays of sunshine, my new favourite swimwear brand Andie Swim has 20 per cent off selected styles and 50 per cent off intimates.
