To return an item, log into your THE ICONIC account and select “returns”, then follow the steps to get your prepaid return label. You can reuse the satchel your items came in, simply fix your returns label over the top of the original sender label and seal it back up tightly!

For metro standard delivery is free for orders over $75, or $8.95 for orders under that amount.
