Who doesn’t love a trip to Kmart?
Every Aussie knows the pure joy that comes from wandering around your local Kmart with the aim of buying that one item you need, but walking out with 10 new products, a new quilt cover and air fryer.
But sometimes it’s just not possible due to commitments like work (sigh) or simply having a store located too far away for regular shopping.
That’s where online shopping comes in (seriously, how did we survive before?) and Catch is making it easier than ever before to pick up your favourite Kmart items at the click of a button.
The online marketplace sells tens of thousands of items, including an edit of some of Kmart’s most popular products.
Here Best Of gives you the run down on what Kmart products you can buy, as well Kmart’s most popular products on Catch.
DOES CATCH SELL KMART PRODUCTS?
Catch began selling a range of Anko products in January 2021 after Kmart’s parent company Wesfarmers acquired Catch in June 2019.
Target products became available on Catch in 2020, with Kmart’s retail director John Gualtieri announcing that Kmart was joining Target at the beginning of 2021.
“As Kmart continues to grow, it’s incredibly important that we provide a great and convenient experience for our customers, wherever they choose to shop with us,” he said in a statement.
“This partnership with Catch will mean Australians have even more ways to access our great products at everyday low prices.”

WHAT DOES ANKO STAND FOR?
Anko is an abbreviation of sorts after Kmart decided to change all of its “&Co” labelling on products to have just the one name.
In 2018 Kmart announced it would no longer be branding its products according to department – for example, Kids&Co or Clothing&Co – and would be streamlining.
“Anko is an evolution of our existing ‘&Co’ brands: Home&Co, Kids&Co, Clothing&Co and Active&Co,” the store said in a statement.
“We’ve used ‘k’ in the name to pay homage to where it all started – Kmart Australia.”
The Anko name was introduced as part of a campaign to celebrate Kmart’s 50th anniversary in 2019.
“It also stands for ‘A New Kind Of’, representing the change we‘ve undergone since 2008,” the statement explains.
“With our 50-year anniversary coming in April 2019, we think it’s time to give our amazing product the recognition and celebration it deserves.”
