The Black Friday sales have officially kicked off, bringing with them some absolutely massive TV savings.

From LG to PRISM+, we’re currently seeing thousands of dollars off top-of-the-line models, making now a great time to upgrade your home entertainment setup.

Some of the biggest offers we seen so far have been on Samsung models, with $2007 off the Samsung 98” Q80C 4K QLED Smart TV 2023 ($6988, down from $8995), $2000 off the Samsung 77” S90C OLED 4K Smart TV 2023 ($4795, down from $6795), $855.50 off Samsung 85” CU8000 4K Crystal UHD Smart TV 2023 ($1844, down from $2699) and $659 off the Samsung 43” QN90C Neo QLED 4K Smart TV ($1340, down from $1999).

Other top deals include $1807 off the LG 65” G3 OLED Evo 4K UHD Smart TV 2023 ($3488, down from $5295), $1507 off the Sony 75” X90L Bravia XR Full Array LED 4K HDR Smart Google TV 2023 ($2488, down from $3995) and $950 off the PRISM+ 55” Q55 Ultra 4K QLED Google TV ($649, down from $1599).

WHEN DOES BLACK FRIDAY END?

Black Friday officially finishes at midnight on Friday 24 November. However, many major retailers will then offer three more day of sales in the form of the Cyber Weekend and Cyber Monday.

While we do see some good deals over these three days, Black Friday still typically sees the biggest discounts on offer.

WHAT IS BLACK FRIDAY?

Black Friday is a shopping event that started in the US, but has steadily grown the become the biggest sale on the Australian calendar. Nearly every major retailer takes part in the event, making it a great time to grab a bargain on everything from tech gadgets to beauty products.

Many shoppers use it as an opportunity to bag Christmas presents at bargain prices, while others take advantage of the tech and appliance deals to snag high-ticket items like TVs, laptops, washing machines and fridges.

With the cost of living skyrocketing, the sales could also present a great opportunity to stock up on essentials at reduced prices.
