“When it comes to a blazer, there is no right or wrong style,” Nicole advises. “The beauty of the versatility of a blazer is that there is something for everyone! My best tip is to consider how and when you are most likely to style your blazer.”
“If you’re looking for a blazer to dress up with a workwear look, I’d suggest a more slimline style that ends mid hip and isn’t too oversized or longline. If you’re planning on wearing your blazer as more of a fashion statement, opt for a boyfriend style, oversized blazer. This type of jacket is longer, and usually ends under your hip.”
She ends her recommendation with, “For curvier body types, you can’t go past the flattering and timeless silhouette of a double breasted jacket. If you’re taller, don’t be afraid to experiment with a longline blazer or single breasted style, and for those on the more petite side, I’d opt for a mid length single breasted jacket.”
