Ever wondered if you could eat your natural skincare products?

Look, we’re not recommending you try but one Aussie beauty brand is turning that thought into a reality.

Edible Beauty creates five-star formulas with science backed actives coupled with innovative natural ingredients – so natural, that you could eat them.

With thousands of five-star reviews and over 20 natural beauty awards, Edible Beauty’s range of products are really working for Aussie women

The No. 3 Exotic Goddess Ageless Serum is easily the brand’s bestseller, with more than one bottle being sold every hour, and it’s what keeps bringing shoppers back to try more from the hardworking range.

But it’s the latest game-changing innovation from the brand that’s really got people talking – the Super Stem Cell Concentrate that’s been hailed a “miracle” by five-star reviewers.

Retailing for $100, it’s the very first serum in Australia to feature spermidine – a plant-derived compound found in foods like mushrooms, aged cheese and whole grains.

While it may seem a little weird, when added into skincare, spermidine can help your skin appear visibly smoother and more refined, also helping to promote collagen production.

Edible Beauty have also added another super ingredient – Wild Olive Leaf Plant Stem Cells which also helps keep your skin looking a lot more toned.

This revolutionary serum is perfect for mature skin types and those wanting a more natural way to improve the visible signs of ageing.

The advanced formula is designed to help make your skin look more radiant, glowy and hydrated.

In an Edible Beauty survey, 90 per cent of users reported improvement in skin firmness, ‘bounce’, smoothness, brightness, and hydration, and an overall sense of skin vitality.

70 per cent of users also reported a reduction in pigmentation and depth of fine lines and wrinkles.

Think of it as a gentle yet effective way to improve those signs of ageing.

Still not convinced? Our writer Susannah Hardy put the Super Stem Cell Concentrate into a full Edible Beauty routine for a month to see if it really “lives up to the hype”.

EDIBLE BEAUTY ROUTINE REVIEW

Super Olive Oil Cell Concentrate, $100 at Edible Beauty

Tried and Tested by Susannah Hardy, news.com.au checkout Partnerships Writer

Being well into my 50s with fairly dry skin, I’m always on the look-out for products to help target signs of ageing.

So, when I got the opportunity to try the Super Olive Oil Cell Concentrate, along with a full Edible Beauty skincare regimen, I was thrilled. I’d never tried the brand before, however as its philosophy developed from a blend of science and naturopathy, it definitely piqued my interest.

The products are packed with delicious sounding ingredients including Australian botanicals so healthy for my skin and safe to use – but are they up for the 50-something year old challenge?

Every morning and night, I cleansed with the Belle Frais Cleansing Milk, then followed with the Citrus Rhapsody Toner Mist, the Exotic Goddess Ageless Serum, the Super Cell Concentrate and finally the Vanilla Silk Hydrating Lotion.

The first time I used the range (at night and the following morning), I went to work and news.com.au checkout’s beauty writer Marina Tatas actually commented on how great my skin looked! Completely unprompted!

After using Super Olive Oil Stem Cell Concentrate over a month, I can say that it definitely is. It looks just like any serum however it’s super concentrated and much thicker in consistency.

While a serum feels like a mega dose of moisture on your skin, the Super Cell Concentrate feels richer and more oily, like its key ingredient olive leaf extract might suggest. You also apply it differently by adding a small drop to your serum or moisturiser, morning and night. I found it extremely easy to dispense. It comes with a dropper, which delivers the perfect amount.

Normally around this time of year, when the weather turns, my skin dries out in a flash and I can get flaky skin around the bridge of my nose, especially when applying foundation.

But I really feel like this brand is making a big difference to my skin.

After a month of religiously using the products, my skin is looking amazing! Much firmer, more glowy and more hydrated. As a 50-something, I can confirm the Super Olive Oil Stem Cell Concentrate is like youth in a bottle.
