If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the following business day. Orders sent with Couriers Please and Australia Post typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• PO Box Addresses or Remote Areas: If your delivery address is a PO Box or a remote area, your order may be sent with Australia Post via their eParcel service. This service is slower than our normal delivery service, and you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days from the dispatch date.
• International Orders to New Zealand: Orders shipped internationally to New Zealand are typically received within 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

What is City Chic’s return policy for online purchases?

In the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from City Chic, you can be rest assured knowing you have the option to return it — given it fits the eligibility criteria.

You can return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund if they meet the following conditions: 

• The items are in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels or tags attached;
• The items are not labelled as ‘Final Sale’ and are priced above $14.95. Please note that exchanges cannot be made via the online store, however, you can return items for a refund.

Here’s what you need to know about the different return options available:

• In-Store Returns: If you made an in-store purchase, you must return the items to a physical City Chic store (not online). 
• Online Returns: You have two options for online purchases — you can return unsuitable items to any physical City Chic store or post your return to the City Chic Returns warehouse. If you choose the latter option, you will need to cover the cost of the delivery fee. Once the package is received, you must allow for 24-28 hours for your refund to be processed. 
• Afterpay Returns: If you used Afterpay for your online purchase, you can return items either online or at a physical City Chic store. Include your original tax invoice and Afterpay email receipt when returning items and your refunds will be processed via Afterpay shortly after City Chic processes the returned item(s).
• ZipPay Returns: For ZipPay purchases made online, you can return items either online or at a physical City Chic store. Include your original tax invoice and ZipPay email receipt when returning items.
