Toorak woman allegedly five times over limit after East Melbourne crash
A Toorak woman has been arrested after allegedly crashing into a car while five times over the legal alcohol limit.

A Toorak woman enjoying some midweek drinks has found herself in hot water after she allegedly crashed her car with a blood-alcohol level five times over the legal limit.
Police were called to the intersection of Lansdowne and Albert streets in East Melbourne on Wednesday about 11pm following reports of a collision.
Police allege the woman’s car crashed into the back of a Jeep wagon before reversing into another car.
There were no injuries.
The Toorak woman, 58, was taken to a police station for an evidentiary breath test.
She allegedly produced a reading of .263 – over five times the legal limit – before her licence was suspended immediately.
Police expect the woman to be charged on summons in relation to drink driving and other traffic matters.
It comes just a month after a South Yarra mum had a blood-alcohol level almost seven times over the legal limit when she was found in a damaged car with her kids.
Police attended the scene at the intersection of Walsh St and Domain Rd in South Yarra last month before she was tracked back to her home where police found the woman and her two young children in the damaged vehicle.
She produced a .341 breath test at a local police station before police impounded her car at a cost of almost $900 and suspended her licence.
