A teenage boy is in hospital with a stab wound after causing trouble at a shopping centre in Melbourne’s northwest.
Police were called to Watergardens Shopping Centre in Taylors Lakes after reports of three boys running through the centre with weapons.
Officers found two teenage boys in a nearby railway station public toilet on Sydenham Rd.
One of the teens, a 15-year-old boy, was treated by paramedics for a stab wound.
He was taken to hospital under police guard with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested and is being questioned by police.
The third boy had fled the scene.
