Porsche driver Richard Pusey is back behind bars after allegedly posting online an unsavoury image of a dead police officer from the Eastern Freeway crime scene.

Pusey, 44, allegedly posted a photo he took of the officer at the tragic 2020 scene via a google review on a website belonging to a Melbourne Porsche dealership.

Police confirmed they attended a Kurunjang address about 8.05pm on Tuesday to execute a warrant in relation to an “ongoing investigation”.

The former mortgage broken was charged with two counts of using a telecommunications device to menace and two of committing indictable offences while on bail.

“The charges follow an investigation into two separate incidents which occurred on November 25 last year and February 7 this year,” a police spokesman said.

Pusey faced court on Wednesday and was remanded to appear at Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on February 22 to answer the charges.

A one-star review written about the Porsche Centre Melbourne by an author claiming to be Richard Pusey was on Wednesday night still online, however no photos accompany the post. In the negative review, Pusey complained about the warranty process for luxury vehicles that cost in excess of $300,000.

“When you spend $333k-$550k on a car you expect to be able to extend the warranty on the car,” it read. “Not here at Porsche Centre Melbourne. Not only do they refuse to sell you extended warranty insurance but they also don’t pay out with their Allianz underwritten product.

“The staff are great at selling cars but fail dismally at anything else. Porsche insurance is a dismal product and you’ll find the staff selling and working with it are equivalent to child tamps.”

Pusey became notorious after his involvement in the 2020 Eastern Freeway tragedy that claimed the lives of police officers Glen Humphris, Kevin King, Lynette Taylor and Joshua Prestney, when a truck ploughed into them on the Eastern Freeway.

Pusey was granted bail in November over having been locked up over allegations he terrorised a neighbour by smearing cat litter and faeces around their home.

He was banned from his suburb of Fitzroy as a strict condition of his successful bail bid, and was required to continue psychological treatment.

The latest allegations against Pusey come less than a week after the four fallen police officers were remembered at a state funeral.
