A motorcyclist on an allegedly stolen bike has died in a collision with a car on Elizabeth St in Melbourne’s CBD in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A motorcyclist has been killed after he was allegedly struck by a car in Melbourne’s CBD early Saturday morning.
Emergency services responded to reports of a motorbike and car collision on Elizabeth St about 1.30am.
Crews worked on the male rider, but he died at the scene.
Investigators believe the motorcycle may have been stolen.

This comes after an 82 year-old motorcyclist died following a collision with a car on Thursday.
A Nissan Patrol and the motorbike collided head on while travelling on Main Mountain Rd in Clonbinane about 12.20pm.
The driver and passengers of the Nissan were uninjured.
