Police are hunting a man who asked a woman to help him buy a dress before sexually assaulting her on Chapel St in Melbourne’s inner east.
The man, described as being aged between 55 and 70, and with an Irish accent, approached an 18-year-old woman in a store on Chapel St between 3.30pm and 5pm on June 20.

Before changing into the dress he was wearing a blue chequered shirt, a grey zip-up hoodie, black pants and a brown hat.
