Mr Moloney was bailed to face Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on August 23 after he was charged with drug possession and committing an indictable offence while on bail.

He was also slapped with two counts of contravene conduct condition of bail.

Acting Deputy Commissioner Bob Hill said police were relentless in cracking down on criminal activity.

“This is yet another arrest linked to serious and organised crime groups operating in this state and demonstrates Victoria Police’s unrelenting commitment to target the activities of these criminals,’’ he said.

“The seizures highlight the significant nature of the offending hence why we will continue to work tirelessly to put a stop to the harm these people are causing in our community.

“The Hells Angels is a group well known for violent offending and they will remain a continued focus of Victoria Police and the Echo Taskforce for that reason.’’

Mr Moloney was granted bail in March this year after being arrested the previous month with assault and causing serious injury charges over allegedly bashing a man with two other gang members.

The victim is alleged to have wanted to leave the outlaw club and was told to return his “colours’’ when the violence occurred at Moloney’s property.

Two other “patched’’ Hells Angels members, Kane Montebello and Julian Assafiri, were also charged by police over the alleged assault.
