Police are looking for a key player in the Adelaide Football Club’s Collective Mind saga after he mysteriously disappeared with his wife.

Wolfgang Wildgrace and his wife Sonya were last seen on Sunday at their home in Jindalee, a suburb of Brisbane.

Police have said there are concerns for the couple’s safety and that they have not been in touch with family since last being seen.

Mr and Mrs Wilgrace, aged in their 50s, are believed to be travelling in an orange Mitsubishi Triton, which is missing from their Mount Ommaney Drive home.

Police said it has the personalised number plate GROWTH and a large Wildgrace decal on the side.

The Wildgraces run companies called Emotional Fitness Personal Training and Wildgrace Counselling and Therapies.

Wolfgang was one of three figures from the Workplace Wellbeing Institute who were involved in what has been described as a “rite of passage” program in the 2018 pre-season, which had followed a devastating grand final loss to a Richmond club at the start of a premiership dynasty.

“Rite of the Warrior” reportedly aimed at confronting and overcoming selfishness, entitlement, laziness, privilege and disconnection, among other things.

It was one of three programs organised as part of the ill-fated Collective Mind camp, which is credited in some quarters with badly damaging Adelaide’s playing list.

But many of the Crow players were glowing in their praise of the camp and Mr Wildgrace’s work.

“Wolfgang, thanks for sharing your wisdom and gift,” coach Don Pyke wrote later.

Forward Josh Jenkins wrote: “Every word meant the world.”

“Wolfgang, you have made us all better men. You are an amazing person,” said star on-baller Rory Sloane.

Police in Queensland have urged anyone who knows where the Wildgraces are to come forward.

Wolfgang is described as caucasian, 175cm tall and of slim build with grey hair and green eyes.

Sonya is caucasian, 165cm tall and of medium build with blue eyes and brown hair.

The Emotional Fitness Personal Training website says Wolfgang has passion and a wealth of experience in healing and self-development.

Sonya, it says, is the “creative powerhouse” behind the brands and trademarks of the Wildgrace programs.
