Australian actor and bodybuilder Calum von Moger has been slapped with drug charges, including possession of erectile dysfunction medications.
The two-time Mr Universe champion, who portrayed Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 2018 American comedy-drama film Bigger, about the life of real-life bodybuilders, fronted Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Mr von Moger, 31, was allegedly found in possession of drugs of dependence, including methylamphetamine and cannabis, in Melbourne on January 31.
Court documents allege he was stopped on Wills St, Melbourne, in a vehicle without number plates “affixed or displayed in accordance with regulations”.
Police also allegedly uncovered he had testosterone cypionate, viaplex, and proviplex — all scheduled poisons that require authorisation to possess.
The muscle man, born in Geelong, returned to Australia from Los Angeles last year and opened a gym.
The self-professed influencer has a YouTube channel where he shares his bodybuilding journey.
He also has more than 3.2 million followers on Instagram and 2.3 million on Facebook.
Mr von Moger’s case was adjourned to May 26.
