ALYSSA Healy trained with her teammates at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium this morning, but remains on light duties as she continues her recovery from concussion.
Healy, sporting a black eye, did some light running and wicketkeeping drills before watching her teammates in the nets. She then padded up and took to the nets herself, facing some throw downs from Australia coach Matthew Mott.
It was her first hit since she was concussed after a collision with fast bowler Megan Schutt during Australia's loss to India.

She will train fully tomorrow and must then pass a concussion test before she can be passed fit to play in Friday’s (AEDT) semi final against the West Indies.
“I believe she’s on track,” vice captain Rachael Haynes said.
“In terms of the games coming up, your guess is as good as mine.
“Obviously she’s got a couple of hurdles she’s got to jump over but I’ve got full confidence in our medical staff.
“We’ve got some of the best people in the country here with us helping her out. Obviously it’s going to be how she progresses through that.”
Australia was knocked out of the one-day World cup semi finals last year and was defeated by the West Indies in the 2016 World T20 final.
But Haynes said the team hadn’t discussed those losses.
“That’s all in the past now,” Haynes said.
“If we were sitting back and thinking about that, I’d be a bit worried about our head space.
“We’ve been really positive all throughout this tournament. I think it’s been really clear on how we want to play, how we want to execute.
“The other day it probably didn’t quite come off as well as we would have liked but I think our team’s in a really positive frame of mind, which is where you want to be heading into a semi final.”
