Police are hunting for three men after a massive brawl erupted between South Sydney and Sydney Roosters fans in the members area at Allianz Stadium during the Round 3 NRL match between the two bitter rivals.

NSW Police confirmed they responded to reports of a fight between four males who had entered the members bar from the seating stand on Level 2 about 9.35pm.

“The fight continued for a period of time before the men involved left the stadium, prior to the arrival of police,” a police spokesman said.

After police conducted a view of CCTV footage they arrested a 22-year-old man outside the stadium after the game, and charged with affray.

He has also been banned from the stadium for two years and is due to appear in court in May.

With about 10 minutes remaining, and the Roosters leading 36-6, the fight kicked off in the exclusive members section at the Moore Park venue on Friday night.

Security jumped in to bring the fight under control, with cries of “stop, stop” heard before the men are eventually move on.

The incident occurred shortly short after Souths star Latrell Mitchell was sent to the sin bin for a professional foul on Roosters fullback James Tedesco.

The Roosters went on to win the match 48-6 and consign the Rabbitohs to an 0-3 start to the NRL season.

The incident comes after a separate video emerged of two men, one in a Roosters jersey and the other a Souths jumper, involved in an ugly scuffle in the crowd at Brookvale Oval last Sunday.
