DUSTIN Martin’s nanna has made good on her promise to get a tattoo if Richmond won the premiership.
Lois Knight, 70, visited former Tiger Jake King’s Melbourne tattoo parlour to get a piece commemorating her grandson’s remarkable season.

The grandmother told the Herald Sun that at the time, she had not considered having to follow through with the bet.
“I wasn’t sure if Richmond were going to win while I was still hanging around,” Ms Knight said.
“But I made a promise I would do it and so that’s what happened. I’m actually really happy with it. It only took about 45 minutes, was painless and I like that it’s original.”
It depicts a No.4, her grandson’s guernsey number, with text featuring the words Norm Smith, Brownlow and Premiers 2017 inside.
“I’ve got it in a place where I can’t even see it, on my back right behind my shoulder,” Ms Knight said.
“When I get up in the morning, I have to use a mirror to check I’ve still
got it.
“I sent Dustin a picture of the tattoo, but he hasn’t replied just yet because he’s overseas.”
She said King gave her a freebie at City of Ink tattoo parlour.
Martin won the Brownlow Medal and just about every other individual award, on the way to winning the Norm Smith Medal as he powered Richmond to its drought breaking premiership.
He’s now in the USA, bound for Las Vegas, with best mate and fellow mischief maker Dane Swan.
“I’ve got no idea where they are,” she said.
“I’d love to be a fly on the wall ... maybe not.”
She’s definitely not the first person to get a Richmond tattoo after their first premiership win in 37 years.
