HOW WILL NORTH PLAY?
IT'S not all helter skelter for the Kangaroos any more. Yes, they can move the ball quickly, but North showed last season it can control the stoppages and maintain possession until the right target appears. It's a finals-proven brand. Nick Dal Santo, Ryan Bastinac and Daniel Wells are formidable ball-users to finish the good work of hard-nuts Ben Cunnington, Jack Ziebell and Andrew Swallow. Coach Brad Scott wants a big improvement in tackling to help stiffen the club's defensive operations.
READY TO FLY
IT'S a big call, but Jack Ziebell is shrugging off tacklers at training like he's Michael Voss. He dropped 6kg in Utah, making him a lean, mean contested ball-winning machine
