Few topics divide footy fans like picking their favourite TV or radio commentator.
The hosts of KFC SuperFooty TV — Herald Sun journalists Michael Warner and Jay Clark and former Port Adelaide and Melbourne star Jack Watts — dived into some hot-button issues on this week’s show including racism, the tribunal and the future of Carlton’s coach.
But none of those might provoke as much debate as the trio naming their best callers of all time.

Some names scored multiple nominations but each host had a different name at No.1.
Watts had fond memories of listening to Rex Hunt go “off his trolley” on the radio as a youngster, but he is an unashamed Bruce McAvaney fan.
“I’ve had the privilege of meeting the man a couple of times, he is special,” he said.
Clark, meanwhile, went into bat for the “underrated” and unfairly maligned Brian Taylor.
“I feel he cops too much heat,” he said.
“Has anyone ever called a perfect game of footy perfectly, I bet no one has.
“When this man is at his absolute best no one comes close. He is a brilliant caller.”
Also on this week’s episode, Watts’ advice for Toby Greene on avoiding tribunal trouble, the boys discuss whether Carlton should be talking to other prospective coaches behind David Teague’s back, plus the team give all their tips for Round 21 and more.
