Photos have poured fuel on the burning rumours reality TV queen Angie Kent is dating star footballer Jess Trend.

The pair were seen together partying in Sydney during the weekend’s Mardi Gras festivities.

The photos of the pair cosying up together come after Kent had earlier alluded to a new romance which she was trying to keep quiet.

In one recent video post Trend is seen affectionately touching the former Bachelorette and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star’s leg.

Kent spoke about a new relationship in a recent appearance on Nova’s Confidential show.

“No party pashes, only from the person I am seeing,” Kent said of her weekend partying, according to The Daily Telegraph.

“We are not exclusive, we have been dating since probably November. We’ve been getting to know each other, it has been fab. We have spent a lot of time together across states but no, I am a single gal for now. We will see what the future has in store.”

The pair have not confirmed they are in a relationship, however, Kent said she believes the relationship has potential to be the real thing.

Kent also revealed she was excited about a new love interest in her life last week when speaking on her podcast.

“I have started dating someone, for a while now,” she said on the Two Girls One Pod show. “We’re not exclusive but [are] very much dating.”

“I have met this beautiful... she’s a girl, so she’s a lesbian, a woman. In the past I have dated non-binary [but] this is the first time I have been with someone who identifies as a woman,’ Kent said.

“I didn’t know how I would go with it, because I’m very attracted to masculine energy, but the more I date a woman, the more I’m like, I’m not that attracted to masculine energy [anymore], I just thought I was. I really love the feminine energy.

“The person I’m dating, her name is Jess. She has masculine vibes but is very feminine.”

Trend meanwhile is continuing to fight for her professional football career, on the comeback from a serious injury.

Trend is listed to return to play for Hawthorn in the VFLW this winter after being removed from the club’s top AFLW squad.

After playing three seasons of AFLW for North Melbourne and Fremantle, the 31-year-old returned to Melbourne to play with the Hawks.

She returned to the field in 2022 after suffering a serious knee injury in her debut for the club in 2021.

Having missed the 2021 season, Trend used her time by appearing on the 2021 season of Big Brother Australia.
