Crazy about caravans and camping? Then it’s time to roll up to the Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow when it parks in Melbourne next week for its 65th year.
Whether you’re looking for a new caravan so you can head off into the sunset on your next great Aussie holiday, or the latest camping gadgets, this is the show for you.
This year, three new precincts will be unveiled including the Al-KO Innovation Hub, which will debut new products that are available in the recreational travel industry.

There will also be exhibitors on-hand to showcase the latest caravans, camper trailers and tents, plus talks from industry experts and activities to get the kids’ involved.

VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW DATES AND TIMES
The six-day Supershow runs from Wednesday, February 20, to Monday, February 25.
Opening hours are 9.30am-5pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 9.30am-4pm on Monday.
You can also enjoy the show after hours on Friday and Saturday, with extended opening hours from 9.30am to 8pm on Friday and Saturday.
WHERE IS THE VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW?
The show will be at the Melbourne Showgrounds in Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale.
WHAT TO SEE: VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW HIGHLIGHTS
If it’s new gadget and technology that capture your attention, then head to the AL-KO Innovation Hub, located in the Tourism Pavilion.
It will showcase the latest inventions released in the recreational tourism field.
Animal lovers will find the purr-fect place to hang out at the “Paw Patch”, where Dr Katrina Warren and Lara Shannon will be on hand to dish out travel tips, plus the Wonderdogs will be on show too.
For a bite to eat and a bit of relaxation, make sure you head to the Camp Ground for food stalls and activities for kids.
Friday and Saturday nights will offer up a Twilight Street Festival with music and entertainment.
There will also be several competitions, including a chance to win a Jayco Freedom Caravan or a Birdsville Big Red Bash Experience.
VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW TICKETS
Adult: 1 Day: $20, 2 Days: $30, Monday is $10 (50 per cent discount, valid Monday only).
Concession/Pensioner: 1 Day: $16, 2 Days: $24, Monday only $8 (50 per cent discount, valid Monday only).
Children: 15 & under FREE when accompanied by an adult.
Twilight Night: $5 Ticket (valid 4pm-8pm Friday or Saturday only).
HOW TO GET TO THE VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW
Car: Parking is available for $10 per day (Cash/EFT).
Bus: Bus No 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Rd and Epsom Rd. Bus No 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom Rd and Ascot Vale Rd.
Tram: Route 57 from Elizabeth St/Flinders St (Stop 1) to Melbourne Showgrounds / Epsom Rd (Stop 33). Passengers are advised to get off at Stop 32 (Epsom Rd/Sandown Rd– opposite Coles Supermarket) and walk about 200 meters to Showgrounds entrance.
Train: Melbourne Showgrounds has its own train station. This year trains will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
