Vaccine Mandates Landmark Case 28/2/24

Queensland public servants who were stood down or sacked after refusing to comply with Covid-19 vaccine mandates could be back to work and seek compensation following a landmark legal win by a group of police officers and paramedics. 

Victorian firefighters  and communities  are bracing  for “one of the most dangerous fire days”  in recent years, with  the mercury set to soar into the mid-40s in some parts of the state today. 

SA Police are continuing to hunt a person who opened fire on a female disability care worker and a man in an underground carpark in Wayville as they arrived for work on Monday. 

A tiny critically endangered dragon lizard has stalled tens of homes being built in Melbourne’s west, with property developers paying more than $1m.
