Two dead in horror truck crash
A horrific four-car pileup at a well-known black spot near Bendigo has left two people dead and another three in hospital.

Two people have died in pileup involving four cars and a truck on the Calder Freeway in central Victoria.
The crash happened about 9pm Friday at the corner of the Fogartys Gap Road in Harcourt North, 30km south of Bendigo.
Two people, who have yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Another three people involved in the smash were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection has in the past been considered a black spot due to the volume of serious crashes there.
The exact cause of the collision is yet to be determined at this stage.

This brings the number of lives lost on Victorian roads in 2020 to 77.
