The Source is told there is disquiet among some inmates that one of their number is sporting the kind of apparel that might have made Daisy Duke proud.

Older readers will remember Daisy, played by Catherine Bach, as the scantily clad sister of Bo and Luke Duke in the old Dukes of Hazzard television show from the 1980s.

It’s unclear whether there is truth to the rumours that the prisoner is being allowed to dress this way, something we are assured would be in breach of regulations.

The detainee has in the past been something of a social media influencer but we won’t name her because the claims are unverifiable.
