Trades Hall commissioned the giant lobster after it was revealed Mr Guy had shared a seafood dinner with alleged mafia boss Tony Madafferi last year.
Pinchy was regularly stationed outside Liberal Party events, as were union campaigners dressed as lobsters.
The eBay listing said Pinchy was retiring from politics “after a short but highly publicised career”.
It said despite appearing as an uninvited guest at a number of functions, Pinchy’s condition was “nothing to be crabby about”.
