In horror day on our roads, two cyclists have tragically died in separate incidents across Melbourne. It comes just hours after a teenage boy, who was fighting for this life following an accident in Frankston last week, also died.

A second cyclist has died on Victorian roads today.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives believe a woman was riding a bike north along St Kilda Rd when she was struck by a truck at the intersection of Queens Rd about 2pm.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined.
Traffic northbound on St Kilda Rd is being diverted along Punt Rd.
Earlier today, another cyclist was killed in an accident involving a garbage truck in Travancore, sparking peak hour traffic delays.
Police believe the truck was driving city-bound on Mount Alexander Rd and turned left into Mooltan St, striking the cyclist just before 6am.
The rider died at the scene and is yet to be identified.
The truck driver, a 40-year-old Gisborne man, is assisting police.
The two tragedies come after a teenage boy died in hospital following an accident in Frankston last week.
The 14-year-old was riding a bicycle when he was hit by a car on Frankston-Flinders Rd at 4.15pm last Wednesday.
He was flown to hospital but passed away yesterday.
The driver of the car, a 32-year-old Frankston South woman, was taken to hospital for observation.
Her front passenger, a 32-year-old Euston woman, was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
