Rebecca Judd and Michelle Greene’s athleisure fashion empire is living up to its “unstoppable” promise, expanding as it approaches its 10th birthday.
Jaggad has grown in the past decade to be Melbourne’s work out gear for ‘it’ girls, athletes, fashion conscious mums-on-the-run and multi-tasking women.
“It is a real Melbourne local brand and I love seeing people everywhere in Melbourne wearing it,” Judd said.
“It has not been easy, but 10 years in it is good, it is really good.”
Jaggad is widening its reach to offer a “top-to-toe” experience by expanding into shoes.
Judd, Greene and Jaggad’s ambassadors, Abbie Taddeo, Anabelle Smith, Ella Connolly, Vanessa Low and Morgan Mitchell, launched the brand’s collaboration with Mizuno at the Beverley Rooftop on Wednesday.
“The brand essence of Jaggad is the unstoppable woman and to be unstoppable we need to embrace imperfection,” Judd said.
“Once we embrace imperfection we can be the best version of ourselves and be on that journey to be unstoppable. Our ambassadors are all incredible athletes in their own right, they all excel in different events and they make a great team.”
Judd said the brand had partnered with Mizuno to sell 10 different styles, both performance and streetwear, with eight of the styles exclusive to Jaggad.
“It was done so we can offer our customers a full top-to-toe look, a full outfit,” Judd said.
