THERE’S plenty of movement in Melbourne’s radio landscape with big names fading off the airwaves and fresh talent moving in.

After more than a decade on the radio, Fox FM’s drive hosts Hamish Blake and Andy Lee had their final show last week, and will start a weekly podcast from February.

HAMISH AND ANDY LOOK OVERSEAS

Dave “Hughesy” Hughes and Kate Kate Langbroek will have big shoes to fill as they step into the prime drive timeslot from hosting the afternoon program.

Red Symons will walk away after 15 years on the airwaves and will be replaced by broadcaster Jacinta Parsons and writer Sami Shah in the timeslot.

SEN 116 is keeping tight-lipped on its drive program hosts for next year after

David Schwarz and Mark Allen were axed from the airwaves in a shock move.
