Radio 3AW extends its dominance over the breakfast timeslot, making the highest gain overall in today’s penultimate radio ratings survey.

The duo of Ross Stevenson and John Burns reached a 19.8 share, a 1.4 point increase, to blitz the opposition.

SEN’s Gerard Whateley climbed again, rising from a 4.4 to 5.1 share — and the sports station made gains in every slot except evenings and weekends.

It follows the bloodletting and turbulence at SEN earlier this year in what was dubbed the summer of carnage after Craig Hutchison took the reigns.
