DON’T own a house but want smashed avo?
Millenials listen up, there’s a cafe in Melbourne’s inner suburbs giving away a free side of avo on toast to renters to ease the financial burden and allow you to keep brunching.

Renters who bring in their named rental agreement to Lux Foundry can enjoy avo for free with any meal purchased between September 4 and 8.
Co-owner Daniel Amato said he and his business partner Emilio Rogliano wanted to give back to their loyal customers, predominantly aged 18 to 35, who are renting.
